In this article I'd like to talk about intelligence...and how it relates to Home Based Businesses success. Do you want to know one of the saddest, but most frequently asked questions I get from people just getting started out online? Am I smart enough to have success from home?

It amazes me....because first of all, being self aware enough to even ask the question is a surefire sign of intelligence to begin with! But more importantly, and I mean this with complete and utter sincerity, I think the relationship between how smart you are, and how successful you are is fairly close to irrelevant. ( and I know plenty of people in both camps to prove it!)

Here is the thing......

There are plenty of people whose names you recognize right now in the online marketing space who have FAR more money than brains....and others who you will never hear of who are downright brilliant!

So what separates the two? Confidence. The ability to take action. Belief in something bigger than selves as well....be it god, family or whatever it is that fuels the fire to compete and get things done.

So the answer, in a nutshell is this: I'm a big believer that big brains are beautiful, but if you had to give the choice to pick someone to partner with on an upcoming project, I'd go with the guy with a hair on fire need to succeed over the smartest guy ( or girl!) in the room any day.
